Since 1996, this annual event has brought together thousands of people interested in short-term and other medical mission activities and has become the largest of its kind in the world. In 2005, over 2,500 people (including over 900 students) came.  There were 80 workshops, 97 speakers, and 140 exhibitor agencies.  Medical professionals in many fields earned CEU's by participating. In 2007, over 2200 people (including over 800 students) came. There were 74 workshops, 58 speakers, and 168 exhibitor agencies. It's a tremendous opportunity for networking.
