This training program is to equip Christian health and development professionals for cross-cultural ministries domestically and internationally. It consists of three to five day workshops on various aspects of health and healthcare from a Christian and global perspective. An annual workshop is offered on how to lead a short-term medical mission trip. Some of these workshops provide CEU's for health care professionals. Dr. Dan Fountain (a medical missionary to Congo/Zaire for 35 years) directs the program.
