They help connect middle-aged and actively retired folks with over 80 Christian mission agencies. These agencies have over 20,000 mission opportunities available in North America and around the world for people from all walks of life. Many of the participants are taking early or semi-retirements and want to do something that's mission-related full-time, part-time, or by taking short-term mission trips. Finishers Project maintains a large database to link volunteers with needs that match their skills and interests. Its website also lists several excellent conferences throughout the U.S. and refers to their new headquarters.
