This Christian organization rebuilds used school buses and other vehicles into mobile medical, dental, and eye clinics (sometimes for other humanitarian purposes as well). Each one is custom designed and rebuilt and then donated to missions in developing countries or impoverished areas of the U.S. When possible, they are filled with the requested cargo before being sent. "BUSES" is an acronym for "Bringing Unto the Saints Encouragement to Serve."
