ROC ("Reach Out and Care") Wheels is a faith-based group that focuses on providing pediatric wheelchairs and other mobility devices for the developing world and fitting each to the needs of individual users. With help from a prison industry program and using many volunteers, they can produce specialized wheelchairs for about 10% of standard U.S. costs. ROC volunteers go on overseas mission trips, and eventually ROC wants to train nationals in developing countries to produce the chairs overseas.
