Over 100 million disabled adults and children need but can't afford a wheelchair.  This faith-based non-profit group seeks to provide free new wheelchairs in developing countries. Using inexpensive plastic patio chairs, bicycle wheels, casters, and other ordinary items, they can build and deliver the wheelchairs in 40-foot containers for only $44.40 each.  These can work well on rough terrain.  They've donated over 170,000 wheelchairs in over 55 countries so far and want to deliver 20 million wheelchairs by the year 2010.
