They offer student repayment grants to healthcare professionals who have completed their training and are headed for career, full-time medical mission service under the authority of a mission board that collaborates with them--a Medsend "Associate." Currently there are over 75 Associates, and grants have been approved for more than 235 recipients. A list of Associates appears on the Project MedSend website with links to most of their sites. Additionally, Project MedSend offers financial counsel to those in training for the health professions and provides financial management resources on their website. |
