This Christian organization establishes and operates teaching hospitals in the developing world for the medical and spiritual healing of disabled children and their families. They specialize in congenital birth defects and orthopedic and neurological challenges. Since 1996, CURE has established hospitals in 11 developing countries (with plans to add more) and has provided medical services for over 480,000 patients. CURE has many short-term and long-term opportunities for overseas volunteer service. |
