In addition to water purification devices, they have been a major provider of large and small medical equipment and supplies. IA's Medical Equipment Services Department has helped mission hospitals and clinics in over 160 countries. One unique item is their "Lab in A Suitcase" that handles about 80% of blood and urine tests and can be used even where electricity is not available. IA does not send anything before thoroughly testing it for accuracy and practicality.

Unfortunately, due to lack of financial resourcess, they had to downsize their operations on June 30 of 2009, but they are still doing significant things. Check out their website for details.
