Since 1989, they've collected and distributed over 2,000 tons of medical supplies to over 70 countries. Their inventory has over 5,000 items, and a 40-foot container goes out of their warehouse about every two weeks—especially to Latin American countries. The cost of ordering those shipments depends on the content and circumstances. One of their special emphases is worldwide distribution of surgical sutures through volunteer couriers.
