Since 1998, GFTW has sent nearly 500 million dollars worth of life-saving supplies to over 50 countries. Although their biggest emphasis is on medical supplies, they also handle food, clothing, and other items. Groups seeking GFTW help are responsible for service fees and shipping arrangements. One of their newer programs is a "Mobile Medical Clinic" that can be pulled by a half-ton pickup truck or carried by helicopter where needed. |
