Since 1970, FAME has sought to "spread the fame of Jesus Christ to all nations through medical evangelism." They assemble "Cardboard Pharmacies" of medicines for overseas use and provide a wide variety of medical equipment. FAME also organizes short-term trips, offers career service programs, and has a scholarship program for medical professionals interested in missions. FAME helps in over 30 developing countries.
