Disabled Children's Fund provides about two million dollars worth of orthopaedic goods annually at no charge for children and adults. Usually the request is from a missionary doctor, hospital, or national church in the developing world. If the requested item is in their Harrisburg, PA warehouse, it goes to an U.S. address so it can be taken overseas. Items can also be donated can be sent to collection places in FL, MI, VA, PA, and MD. They and Children's Medical Ministries (see previous chapter) provide free surgery, limbs, braces, wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, and rehabilitative services throughout the world. Although there is no charge for the items, donations are appreciated.
