CMMB provided over 240 million worth of medicines and medical supplies for free distribution in over 50 countries in the first nine months of 2009. Their "Physicians on a Mission" program enables healthcare professionals to receive free donations to be hand-carried directly to their overseas mission site. Much more information and a downloadable application are on their website. It should be submitted at least six weeks before departure. CMMB also enables volunteers to serve in overseas health clinics. |
